People are free to make whatever choices they want, like how the BlueSky team decided to turn into an old version of Twitter to attract Elonβs haters. Fair enough.
The good thing about Nostr is, thereβs no central team that can make such decisions for the whole protocol.
On Nostr, the Web of Trust based feed makes a lot more sense than a strict following feed.
You can set the depth, friends of friends, or even 3β4 degrees out. Itβs a great way to discover new people & expand your web of trust by interacting and following them.
It filters spam, works trustlessly, & just feels like the perfect system for Nostr. At least to me.
