Cashu is good tech, doesnt mean everybody has to adopt it, but it has its usecases. If we can get cashu on to signal or iMessage it would still be bitcoin exposure for people. IMO thats worth it. It wouldn't be bitcoin. But its stilll useful. Cashu devs shaming detractors is just twitter behavior though, i guess the algorithm does follow you through networks.

Until and unless nostr apps get serious about generating revenue, they will not market to outside folks. Nostr will not grow. Grants make us comfortable in our own delusional state. Not saying theyre not helpful in bootstrapping projects. But easily monetizable projects surviving solely on grants is not a good thing. Profits are not bad. They are good. Making money is a good thing. If a product generates revenue it can scale with marketing and getting more people on board to itself and to the protocol. Never thought I would have to say it out loud for this crowd.

Leeches of the protocol who have not contributed one good thing to the space heckling a person who made nostr what it is today, really makes me sad. You dont deserve free spaces, you dont deserve zaps, go back to sucking elons balls and hope he throws some money at you for being a good lapdog.
