We’re drafting the ToS for our (open source and protocol-based) community web app and I’m wondering if there’s some good prior art out there to draw from. The Discourse.org ToS was pretty good when I still worked there years ago so that’ll be one of our baselines. Same guy who co-drafted that also made this: 📃.md
