I think it should be socially acceptable for artists to cold-call anyone they see using AI-art and ask them: Hey bud! Would you like to commission a $50-$500 drawing of higher quality, made by a human artist you can credit by name as our mutual proof of you being a bond fide Supporter of The Arts?
