Question for moltbot aficionados: What is the wildest and most useful thing it’s enabled you to build that was not possible with slightly more effort using a patchwork of existing tools (MCP, tool calls, etc) Not meant to be a snarky question. Genuinely curious so I can learn.
GM Know just enough to be dangerously good
The countdown to the weekend has begun, which means a @Plebchain Radio double-header is dropping. First up is episode 148 – tomorrow, Friday Jan 30 at 12pm ET/ 1700 UTC. @Coach Carbon will join me, and we'll talk about Proof-of-Workout, the Bitcoin Baller Academy, PoW games, and much more. Then, on Sunday, February 1 at 12pm ET/ 1700 UTC, Jim Costello of @PhantomPowerMedia – a man who resembles David Lynch more and more with each passing day – will be joining me for Brunch, brandishing an expertly curated playlist of independent music. You don't want to miss either of these shows, and the good news is, you won't have to. They will be streamed live on your favorite nostr livestreaming client.
Say WoT? Ep 2 is live 🔧🕸️🤝 I sat down with @Gzuuus for a deep, technical walk through the Web-of-Trust stack and how to build reputation-aware systems without handing the keys to Big Compute. We talk: – ContextVM: transport-layer thinking, ephemeral events, minimalism over “kitchen sink” – Relator: open-source, self-hostable WoT scoring you can run on humble hardware – Tunable trust scoring (0–1) using social distance + decay functions – Spam mitigation + client UX, and the interoperability headaches around secure messaging If you’re building on Nostr and you care about signal, ranking, or reputation … this one’s for you.
