I wonder if when an account is taken down on an indie PDS, does the *admin* of that PDS get an email about it? Because the user can't get an email since Bluesky doesn't know their email addressβ¦ if not, I think someone should get that email, otherwise you have no notification at allβ¦

How I imagine it:
- some kind of control in the compose dialog
- checkbox somewhere in the settings to set a default
- some kind of flag gets written to the post record
- feed operator decides if posts with this flag should be excluded or not (kinda like with "hide from logged out view")
