I absolutely despise when a recipe tells me to add 2 cups of onion. They don't come in cups. They come in onions.

It’s a strange feeling, but I really miss the routine of daily communication with someone. Not looking for anything romantic or goal-oriented, just the simple, human comfort of having a person to vent to and exchange complaints and silly stories with on a consistent basis. That daily connection makes a difference.
