All The unseen and unspoken shame, grief, and pain people carry. ..
But that is not true.
It is all seen and heard. We understand and name it and we just love it. Especially those darkest parts, that are needing the light most. That is how it slowly melts and we feel the warmth in our bodies when the energies change and shift. Then we just close our eyes and breathe. Because this too, will pass and soon this task and experience of llearning "how to fit in a human body" is over.
