Your thoughts are not reality.
Your emotions are not facts.
Here’s how to stop your mind from lying to you:
Don’t trust the first reaction.
It’s usually fear speaking, not truth.
Name the thought.
Say it plainly: “This is fear, not a forecast.”
Zoom out.
Will this matter next week? Next year? Most things don’t.
Write it down.
Thoughts lose power once they’re on paper.
Worry doesn’t make you weak.
It makes you human.
