My favorite way to cook chicken quarters. I season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion, and garlic powder. When you remove the foil I add the brussels and turned the heat up to 425° and once it got to temp I started the timer for 20 minutes. Takes awhile but the meat falls off the bone. Turns a cheap chicken quarter and rice meal into something extra yummy 😋
