Here is everything I ate yesterday on my totally unhealthy, boring and dangerous diet yesterday.
Lunch - Beef soup made with a handful of dehydrated veg, lots of trim off a chuck roll, fresh herbs, topped with a duck egg and fresh chives. Garnished with a few dollops or sesame oil and Read Boat Number 40 fish sauce.
DInner - Two Wagyu burgers topped with gouda cheese, over medium duck's eggs and chili crisp (made with olive oil).
Funny that when I ate bread, cake, potato chips, etc. no one worried about my health but now I am literally a walking heart attack right?
