Nostr is at its best when there's a bear market or sideways boringness in the bitcoin price. Bitcointwitter-style posts are at their lowest (after the initial 'price goes down, post appropriate BTC NPC meme for this event' has passed).
When nostr is quiet from the bitcoin tourettes chatroom noise you can actually see the potential, you might start becoming optimistic. You might even invite people to join. Real people not not bitcointwitter twats.
But don't kid yourself. When the price goes back up it will be insufferable BTC tourettes again. You realise it's a BTC forum, it's bitcointwitter2 etc.
And the cycle repeats lol.
And that's the fun of nostr;)
