the other issue is ride quality ...
rear axle has auto leveling air suspension while front axle is leaf springs so if i don't fully load the front axle it will be bouncy and thus harsh for me in the cabin ...
but the truck does have air ride seat so it would smooth some of that out ...
but maybe actually ideal weight distribution in my case of having a low total load is to put more of it towards the front that way front axle is closer to capacity and doesn't bounce as much ...
rear axle will simply automatically air down the bags to match the load ...
this would produce optimum ride quality but not optimum handling nor braking ...
for optimum handling and braking i would have to put the load closer to the rear axle ...
sometimes i envy all you retards who never have to think about any of this ...
