We specialize in zap testing and are very interested to troubleshoot any REPEATABLE zap issue either TO a @Rizful.com user or FROM a @Rizful.com user. A repeatable issue means: You can try it more than once and always get the same outcome (failure, in this case.) If an issue is not repeatable -- like you zap someone 10 times, and it works 9 times.... this is also interesting but is VERY difficult to test, because there is always a chance that your internet connection failed for a few seconds or you lost connection to a relay....
