I have some weird reasons for being drawn to self-hosting. One of my better examples was almost getting banned from using our work messaging system one year because we 4 of us were talking about LEGAL betting AT the Kentucky Derby. We switched back to SMS for the rest of that day.
Why do I have the urge to drink a cocktail and take a nap instead of the work I was planning on doing today? Is it because the work is organizing the work? Or am I fighting off all the crud people tend to be sick with this time of year?

Ok, I know I have a spreadsheet for this BUT curious what people I know are using for project management especially any components that might need collaboration? I feel like what I'm currently using is just kinda missing the mark (though it could be the user, me, or events that are the problem.)
