So, the short version is Betty is mostly fine, but has a slightly enlarged heart, and significant degenerative disease in he spine, with a section actually fused.
The longer version is she did fine with the vet till they tried to put her on her side for xray. So he gave her a small bit of sedative. After he got the images he gave her something to bring her around, and started walking her back to the exam room where I was. She went down, had a seizure, peed all over, and it was over before he could give her an anticonvulsive.
Ended up being there almost three hours total.
She's still woozie.

Betty’s growth was mast cell carcinoma. The vet said the biopsy showed all the cells from the mass were removed. I agreed to some baseline Xrays and we’ll watch for changes before getting “aggressive “.
Her mouth looks good. Incision looks good.
