I am making my way home from my first evening workout at the local gym. It was kind of awkward because it was all young beautiful people doing their after work routine I guess plus me.

I do feel like MS/Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare need to do a better job of coordinating their outages so some of yall can get some much needed time away from IT
I don't remember the last time I was at a security conference... I'm looking forward to BSides Atlanta on Saturday, where I'll apparently be making a guest appearance in a presentation about the Fediverse. Hopefully, I am not too embarrassing.
I did not have "new surge of accounts on infosec.exchange due to X bungling their passkey migration" on my bingo card for today

I’m just saying, we didn’t have these polar vortex problems before all those traffic circles went in here in Atlanta :illuminati:
Well friends, it finally happened. A VPN provider finally reached out to wag some money in my face to promote their service here. It seems a bit alarming that running a VPN service is apparently so profitable that providers are able to spend all this money on advertising (seems like half of podcasts have VPN sponsors and the other half are sponsored by square space) I still own guardllama.io so maybe I need to set up my own VPN service under that name πŸ˜‚
Many of my former employees and coworkers at IBM got the boot today 😞
Oof. I have to make some changes to infosec.exchange and related services - I just got a massive bill from Fastly. I’m hoping it’s a mistake, but I can’t afford to risk it not being a mistake so will be working to reroute traffic through a server in Hetzner.
