For those wondering why I'm so excited to do a series on this. You do realize that we're still in the English Civil War, right anon? The American Revolution was just a continuation of it, with Jefferson quoting the Levellers on the 50th anniversary of this country's Independence. Religiously, we're still there as well, with the same exact divisions along very similar lines. We live in the world the Anglos gave us, and we will live to see the rebirth of Ranters among us.
