People wonder why. Because I'm not a newbie and I understand what I'm doing, and I take responsibility for my actions.
It makes sense to be afraid of the clipboard when your phone is full of proprietary crap and you don't practice good digital hygiene.
The best option for beginners and those who are not afraid of the clipboard is to have a "copy seed phrase" button, but when you click it for the first time, you get a warning about what could happen, and then you see two buttons: "take the risk and copy anyway" and "cancel copying".
