**The Role**
------------
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to own the product experience end-to-end, ensuring clarity, usability, and beauty across platforms. You will take over our early design system and mockups, evolving them into a polished, cohesive experience for Android, iOS and beyond.
**Your Responsibilities:**
--------------------------
* Take over the existing design system and early mockups, and evolve them into a full, polished product experience.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
* Design for both Android and iOS, ensuring the product feels natural everywhere.
* Work closely with both the business side and developers to ensure your designs are shipped, not shelved, aligning requirements and outputs with customer feedback.
* Iterate quickly once the alpha is in users’ hands, refining based on real feedback.
* Push the app forward, smoother, faster, smarter, and always more intuitive.
What We’re Looking For
----------------------
* Experience in mobile UX/UI design (Android + iOS).
* Proven mastery of Figma (design systems, components, prototypes).
* Strong understanding of human-centered design and usability testing.
* Portfolio that shows not just beautiful screens, but your design thinking and results.
* Pragmatism, you balance speed with quality, and know when “done” is better than “perfect.”
* Drive, you don’t wait for hyper-detailed specs — you create, propose, and own.
Nice to Have
------------
* Experience with marketing design, print design, SEO, video, PR, and other related skills
* Work experience in startups or agile environments
* Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Apple HIG)
* Collaboration experience with engineers to ship products
* Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JS)
