Running #Bitcoin

+4 kg so far. Still a skeleton, but I think I’m slowly getting more shredded. Gaining weight while sticking to a healthy diet has been very difficult. But my main obstacles is Thalassemia, a Mediterranean genetic condition that affects red blood cells. It causes them to be smaller and leads to various growth problems, including fast metabolism. I also need to work on quitting certain habits like social smoking and improving my sleep patterns. Still, compared to my last attempt at gaining weight, this is solid progress. My posture has improved, my body is more flexible, and I'm lifting heavier weights. If you’re struggling with gaining mass try Greek Yogurt, sweet potato, and lots of eggs and red MEAT 😎
