Here is my breakfast :
• 2 cups warm (not hot) filtered water
• Juice from one (1) fresh lemon/lime
• 1 small pea-sized amount of shilajit resin (or ¼ tsp shilajit powder)
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice tolerance)
• 1/4 cup of getLIGHT Liquid Probiotic
