Sikhs are often misunderstood as Muslims, yet Guru Nanak’s message is universal. He never asked anyone to leave their faith only to find God within it. His light doesn’t replace your religion; it makes your faith shine stronger.
Countless ways of devotion & practice “Many are the paths of meditation, many ways of peace.” → There isn’t just one way to connect with the Divine; truth reveals itself through infinite expressions. Countless forms of courage & service “Many are the ways of bravery, many are the givers.” → Some live by valour, others by compassion — both are divine reflections. Countless are the thinkers & philosophers “Many are the understandings, many are the seekers.” → Every intellect tries to grasp truth, yet none can claim to hold it all. Countless are the saints & kings who rise and fall. → Even power and holiness are uncountable waves in the ocean of the One. Guru Nanak sums up: Whoever He blesses with His grace — that one realizes the vastness of Hukam (Divine Order). No one else can describe how infinite the Infinite truly is.

Later, when Timur’s body was reburied with Muslim rites, the Soviets began winning battles again.
