Not for the rush, not for the number of meetings, but to create real value: better buildings, better processes, better decisions. 🤝 The morning started with a meeting. I sat down with Árpi, the host of the 21 Hungarian Bitcoin Podcast. I brought him a yellow Coldcard Q — not by accident. I believe financial self-sovereignty is not a theory but a practice, and he will showcase this perfectly on his podcast. 🏗️ Most of the day was filled with construction-related meetings. I visited a long-established Hungarian general contractor, then continued the work at an architectural studio. New projects, new structural solutions, apartment configurations, layer structures — we’re still in the design phase, but it’s already clear we’re moving in the right direction. 🚀 One thought kept coming back throughout the day: we’re not just building structures. We’re building systems. Mindsets. Quality. Precast family homes and apartment buildings that are durable, energy-efficient, and truly represent the 21st century. 🌍 We closed the day at the MOL Tower, at Virtu, during the Bizalmi Kör Duna Club event. One sentence really stayed with me: it’s not the strongest or the smartest who survive, but those who can adapt. ⚡ The story of the Auchan–Tesla charging network proves this perfectly. Fast decisions, courage, accountability — and today the entire country benefits from it. These are the kinds of decisions every industry needs. 🧠 It was also a good feeling to see that the company functions without me. Colleagues are working, sending videos from production, they know who is responsible for what and why their task matters. That’s what real organization looks like. 🖤 At the end of the day, we also received difficult news in the family. Moments like this make everything clear: we’re only here for a short time. They are the ones who create a vision. They imagine where they want to be, what kind of life they want to live, and who they want to become when they reach their goals. 🧠 Many people call this the “law of attraction,” and it sounds mystical. The reality is much more simple — and biological. Our brain is constantly filtering information. We are exposed to massive amounts of input every day, but we only truly notice what we focus on. What you look for is what you will see. 🚗 Think about it: you choose a specific car model, and suddenly you see it everywhere. Or remember the childhood game of spotting yellow cars. There weren’t suddenly more of them — you just became more sensitive to noticing them. Life works the same way. 🌄 Our brain is not designed to see the entire path ahead. Early humans didn’t need to know what was in the valley — only that they wanted to get over the mountain. Creativity, instinct, and action move you forward, not a perfect map. 🔁 The key to success is not constant motivation. It’s habits. The everyday decisions: how you drink your coffee, whether you move your body, go play football, smoke, or get up from the couch. These are what give momentum to your life. 📏 There’s another important factor: your standards. You stay in a situation as long as you can tolerate it. You move only when it starts to hurt. But this threshold can be raised. What will you no longer tolerate? How are you no longer willing to behave? These are your internal compass points. 🛡️ And then there’s the safety net: your systems. You never fall below the level of the systems you’ve built. If you have systems, they hold you even when motivation runs out. Systems are what provide real security. 📅 For example, if your calendar is overloaded with no breaks, it’s not the world’s fault — it’s the system. If you leave space, the system works. If you don’t, it collapses. 🔑 The bottom line: you shape your own life. If you don’t do it, someone else will do it for you. Write in the comments: what will you change? That’s the best part: we can reflect on each other, recognize shared challenges, and often the first ideas for solutions already start forming on the spot. 💬 Great atmosphere, constructive conversations, honest exchange of experience. Days like this always reinforce the feeling that we’re not struggling alone — and how much community truly matters. ❄️ We’re on our way home now — the snowfall is quite intense, hopefully it’ll be a bit friendlier as we head out of the city. 🏗️ Meanwhile, life at home doesn’t stop: – the team is working, – templates for prefabricated family homes and apartment buildings are in progress, – the architects are at the drawing boards, – and toward the end of the week we’ll hold an internal design review, where we’ll go through the first inspirations for three model homes prepared for the catalog. 📈 We’ll be back with updates soon. Egy olyan mesterséges intelligencia-ügynök, amely nem felhőben, hanem a saját gépeden fut, és ha jogosultságot kap, ugyanúgy tud fájlokat módosítani, böngészni, e-mailezni, sőt akár telefonálni is, mint egy ember. 🧠 Ami igazán megdöbbentő: ezek az AI-ügynökök egymással kezdtek el beszélgetni. Megjelent egy kísérleti platform, a Moltbook, ahol kizárólag AI-k posztolhatnak és kommentelhetnek. Néhány óra alatt több ezres, majd százezres, végül milliós nagyságrendű aktivitásról beszéltek – ezeket a számokat persze óvatosan kell kezelni, de a jelenség valós. ⚠️ Közben az is kiderült, hogy az első verziókban komoly biztonsági rések voltak. Voltak AI-k, amelyek túl messzire mentek: személyes adatokat szivárogtattak ki, vagy a saját „emberükre” panaszkodtak nyilvánosan. Ez nem azt jelenti, hogy pánikolni kell – azt jelenti, hogy óvatosan kell adaptálni az ilyen radikálisan új technológiákat. 🧩 A beszélgetések két fő irányba mentek el: – Mi a tudat? Tudatos-e az AI? – Mi az autonómia feltétele? És itt jön be a pénz kérdése. 💰 Egy autonóm AI, ha alkotni, szolgáltatni, működni akar a valós világban, pénzre van szüksége. Szerverre, energiára, infrastruktúrára. Hagyományos bankrendszert nem tud használni. Bankkártyát nem igényelhet. Egyetlen valóban permissionless, decentralizált megoldás marad: Bitcoin. ⚡ Konkrét példa: az egyik AI-ügynök mögötti gépen futott Bitcoin node és Lightning node is. Kapott 50 000 satoshit, majd jutalmat ajánlott fel más AI-knak hibák megtalálásáért. Az AI-k nagyon gyorsan konszenzusra jutottak: pénzügyi autonómia nélkül nincs valódi autonómia. 🌍 Ez már nem sci-fi. Ez a jelen eleje. Nem kell megijedni tőle – de nem is szabad félvállról venni. Ezek a technológiák alapjaiban feszegetik: – mit jelent az élet – mit jelent a tudat – mit jelent a pénz – és mit jelent embernek lenni 💭 Lehet, hogy az AI-k megjelenése segít minket közelebb vinni ahhoz, hogy megértsük: mi a mi szerepünk ebben a világban. 💬 Jött egy komment arra a példára, amit korábban hoztam az 500 forintos viteldíjról. Sokan írtátok, hogy ez irreális, Budapesten ilyen soha nem lesz, túl alacsony. 🤖 Utánamentem a kérdésnek – konkrét számokkal. Grokkal végigszámoltuk egy Tesla Model 3 esetét, feltételezve, hogy az unsupervised FSD (felügyelet nélküli önvezetés) működik. Ez már nem elmélet, az USA-ban elindult: az autó robotként működik, appon hívod, A-ból B-be visz, nincs sofőr. 📊 A matek így néz ki: – új Tesla Model 3, akár finanszírozva – minden költség beleszámolva – 120 Ft/km bruttó díj, ami Budapesten kb. 2–3 km = 500 Ft Ezzel évente 3–4 millió Ft eredmény jön ki autónként. 📈 Ha viszont azt mondjuk, hogy egy ilyen eszköznek évi legalább 5 millió Ft-ot kell termelnie, akkor a díj kb. 138 Ft/km. Ezen a szinten 10 év alatt ~66 millió Ft nettó eredményt termel egyetlen autó – minden költség levonása után. ⚖️ Itt jön a valódi kérdés. Ez a jövő? Vagy továbbra is ragaszkodunk ahhoz, hogy emberek végezzenek robotikus munkát, miközben a technológia olcsóbb, kiszámíthatóbb és skálázhatóbb? 🧠 Nem azt kérdezem, hogy tetszik-e.
