The fastest way to remove suffering from what I’ve personally found is to be completely present in the here and now. Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, emphasizing long exhales. Open your eyes. What do you see? What do you hear? Really feel the ground beneath you. Can you be in a complete state of gratitude for what you’re experiencing? Remember how lucky you are to be alive today. Do your best to remain in this frequency for the rest of the day and night. If you drift off, just come back with the same routine. Much love.
