So I'm a month behind, but just listened to this recording from 1977 of longtime Copyright Registrar Barbara Ringer telling librarians what to expect when the Copyright Act of 1976 goes into effect in 1978. Fun to listen to, even if at times infuriating, knowing what comes next.
