I also want to mention that FediDB uses a well defined User Agent, and does not try to bypass limits with remote crawlers or any other means. I understand there was a disagreement with myself and GtS regarding robots.txt, however, I always meant to add support for them, so I am doing that now. Adding robots.txt support to FediDB, if you want to block FediDB from crawling your instance, please add a disallow rule to the ./well-known endpoint like GtS is doing. 📃.txt We will be dropping the Popular Accounts section as those are more harder to support, and I will re-enable them once I can get around to it.
