Buidl & Conviction
This past week, I stepped out of my familiar Freedom Tech lens and began to observe freedom in life itself. Across several dance classes, Muslim women taught in a mixed-gender public space. Such a scene remains difficult, even controversial, in many cultures. Yet they stood there: teaching with confidence and joy. Women of different religions joined as well, sharing the space with kindness and openness. It was one of the most beautiful experiences Iโ€™ve had. Not about technique, but about freedom, kindness, and shared humanity. It made me reflect on how freedom grows and seeks space for expression within existing cultures, social orders, and boundaries of power. Freedom Tech is one force that helps enable such expression. But in the end, all forces ultimately distill into something simple and precious: joy, kindness, calm, and compassion.
