i'm somewhat baffled by URLPattern's API, the original library that it was derived from, path-to-regexp, was only designed to match pathnames. yet URLPattern allows you to match any parts of the URL making for a somewhat baffling API, why?

why there's practically limited options for symmetric controllers baffles me i want my left index finger to be able to use the dpad with my thumb on the analog stick and i can't do that with an xbox controller
