Incorrect analysis.
Americans are a psychopathic breed. This means its exemplars have a severely-limited emotional range.
Why would a psychopathic life form care about liquidated soldiers when they don't give a fuck about murdered family members?
This is preposterous.
Of course, they would not care. They are not able to care.
Americans have only one sacred red line in this life, and that is the continuous opportunity to take out loans.
Americans are neither anti-war nor pro-war. Americans are minor psychopathic parasites.
If anti-war theatrics maximizes parasitism, they are for it. If engaging in war enhances the chance to execute parasitical endeavors, they are for it.
That is it.

"It's not only pointless, but actually counterproductive for the US to deploy forces to it's bases in the region unless they mobilized enough troops for a full on ground invasion of Iran. Typically, most of the facilities at American bases are unoccupied, meaning even a direct hit on a barracks by a suicide drone has a relatively low chance of causing casualties. Sending reinforcements only increases the chance of troops being killed.
In this case, I believe there is a logical reason for it. A military invasion of Iran is an incredibly unpopular prospect for Americans. However, Americans, even those who claim to be anti-war, are notably retarded when it comes to the lives of their soldiers, which are viewed as a sacred red line.
This was evidenced in 2024 when the Iraqi resistance targeted a US base on the border of Jordan and Syria, inflicting casualties on US occupation forces. The Biden administration jumped on the strike as an opportunity to manufacture consent for a large scale bombing campaign against Iraq, which resulted in the temporary cessation of drone strikes by Iraqi militias.
America needs a justification to invade Iran that can be sold to the public, and having dozens of troops killed in an Iranian drone strike may seem like a reasonable casus belli."
