Ever since adding the `Haptic` API to #feedbackd for games I wanted to make the `VibraPattern` available to feedback themes as well as this allows for more nuanced feedback. This allows us to e.g. use more subtle feedback for OSK button presses than for πŸ“’ of incoming SMS. Opened MRs to make that possible and while at that I made the maximum strength for all events confiurable too. It's a bit hard to πŸ‘‚ in the πŸ“½οΈ but it's there. Hopefully this makes it into #phosh 0.46: #LinuxMobile
Is there a fosstodon like #peertube instance? While all videos #phosh has on youtube were posted on the fediverse or phosh.mobi before it would be better to have at least the same kind of collection than on youtube (where we mostly publish to reach people stuck on proprietary OSes). Can someone recommend a fitting peertube instance?

While #phosh handles centered notches and rounded corners out of the box (as long as there's device info in gmobile) we didn't handle notches on the right or left display corners at all yet.. A merge request from Eugene Lepshy to add support for the #nothingphone 1 made that very obvious so I cooked some inital MR to fix this (screen shot is from a nested phosh session as I don't have such a device): image

 It mostly happened because I forgot to update the metainfo for 0.3.0 (which makes us look outdated on #flathub) πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ . But there's one change still: livi now supports surface suspend so saves CPU cycles when the window is occluded (if the Wayland compositor supports it (#phosh will support that from 0.45. onwards). #gtk #gstreamer
