Imagining I am doing yoga by this pool side... Active manifestation mode... Also, as a faithful student of my favorite yoga teacher online, celebrating her 1000th class. Talk about dedication. I know there are many amazing teachers out there and zive come across them but mostly I love familiarity with what soothes me. Once I found Kassandra close to a decade ago I just mostly have stuck to her for online classes cos her voice is soothing and she talks just enough to properly guide and has long silent pauses allowing dropping into the session vs. distracting from being present with the practice. #yogastr #tropicalparadise #activeimagination #somaticexperiencing
