Today I set a strong intention to "win the day" and it's been going great!
I got up early to meditate before they unlocked the cells. I stayed focused and upbeat. I got a lot done and tied up loose ends that have been nagging at me. Feels good.

I got ahold of one teaspoon of real butter, the first I've tasted since before my arrest back in 2013. It came on one of the trays for Passover.
Oh my...so rich. I ate it with a cracker. It tasted like freedom.

Every moment of every hour of the last 3,500 days, I’ve been in prison.
