SCOTUS won’t hear RFK Jr and CHD’s case because there was no “”collusion”” and moderation isn’t censorship. The 1A gives platforms the right to moderate. I went on Rogan in 2019 to talk ab Russian interference. Joe invited me on to discuss it, knowing his audience would hate me.
