Pound three cardamom pods and a pinch of anise seeds in a mortar. Add this to a large mug along with a generous spoonful of molasses. Fill the mug halfway with boiling water and let it sit for five minutes. Top it off with (soy) milk and enjoy. Nice before bed or if your tummy is upset. #recipe #cooking
