Think you could live for 2 years off of less than $2,500? Henry David Thoreau did this in 1845. $62 in total expenditure (at the time), with a portion of that ($28.12, roughly $1,000 today) going towards his handmade cabin. Sure he strolled to town, and squatted on Emerson's land - But he lived frugally. I wonder if Thoreau would be a bitcoiner in today's age... Walden is a favorite book of mine, and I'll always gift it out as I continually revisit it myself.
Busy week on my side. Gutter and fascia repair on my brother's house. Baited, trapped, and migrated a large opposum that got into one of our cellar basements. Pruning some way overgrown trees. Patching some bird holes on the house. Not all progress is pretty and worth posting. I'm trying not to make this nostr feed a journal, but in the future I'll enjoy looking at my own timeline. I've got a goal to start taking more photos to pair with notes like these. ⚔️

High agency means refining the how without losing sight of the why. As a UX Designer in e-commerce, my goal is clear: deliver value through great experiences, services, and products. But it’s the freedom to tinker—rethinking processes for efficiency and performance—that I believe turns anyone into a true technologist.
GM Nostr Up way before the sun this morning - disregarding my pursuit of a full night's sleep. Too much to do. Might as well use these quiet hours for tending my garden of notes. ⚔️ 🌙
