3 Tabata Drills on heavy bag;
30 seconds max effort + 15 seconds of continued reps. Repeat this for 8 rounds.
Rest: 1 minute
Cool-Down: 3–5 minutes (footwork focus or shadowboxing)
Cold Plunge;
Im just going as long as I can for now. Aiming for 2 minutes total. Working my way up here.
Sauna;
Absolutely cooking for 45 minutes at ~190° F.
