One of the best experiences (for me) is picking up new skills. I still suck at it but learning some basic sewing already feels like acquiring a new superpower. Back in 1993, German post introduced 5-digit ZIP codes (or Postleitzahlen in German) to replace the 4-digit ones. For spreading the news and advertising the change, they used "Rolf", a comic style yellow hand with sunglasses.
