Selfcare day.
Extended 3 stage shower: Start cold, then wash my hair with nothing but Rhassoul clay for the 2nd time using luke warm water, then finish with another cold shower. Groomed and trimmed my beard also used some of the clay on it, let's see how that works out. Didn't do any research if one is to use on beard hear.
