#Discrimination through AI in recruitment is a lose-lose scenario that cannot be solved on a technical level alone. ☝️ In order to prevent discrimination by AI-based recruiting systems, we worked with an interdisciplinary European consortium from academia, industry, and civil society (#FINDHR) to develop solutions that counteract this type of discrimination and therefore developed specific recommendations for policymakers:
