Long COVID is destroying me. My lungs and heart hurt every second of every day. I'm totally exhausted. I can't breathe properly. The brain fog is ridiculous. I can't sleep properly, although I got 9 hours last night which is unheard of for me. It's awful. Please wear a mask. #LongCovid #CovidIsNotOver
