I took up & swiftly had to stop #running earlier this year. I loved it but I was getting injured consistently no matter what I did.
So I quit & went back to walking & being jealous every time someone ran past me on my walk.
Having (mostly) healed all the injuries that had been caused by running through physio & just not running for several months, I put on my running trainers to go for a walk one day, instead of my usual ones & the pain from those injuries started up again.
