The metaphorical social contract also lacks the capacity to breach, wherein, one party can exit the contract at some expense. This is the very reason why jews like to exclude the preamble to the Constitution, as it clearly defines who the intended inheritors in a present, and future estate to the constitutional contract, e.g., White men of Western European descent as citizens. Without application of the core premise (recitals), the contract was breached decades ago, see, civil rights act—rendering it void but still somehow enforceable. The enforceability of the social contract vis-à-vis is through state force, and for every practical purpose, you and every other White man or woman may only breach your duty under said contract through self-rescision of citizenship.
