The Belogradchik Fortress (Kaleto) is a historic defensive structure located near the town of Belogradchik in northwestern Bulgaria, at the western slopes of the Balkan Mountains.
It was originally constructed by the Romans during the 1st–3rd centuries AD. It was later expanded by the Bulgarian Empire during the medieval period and under Ottoman rule from the 14th to 19th centuries.
It’s integrated into the Belogradchik Rocks, a series of large sandstone and conglomerate rock formations. The walls are built of stone and brick, and include towers, bastions, and gates.
The complex covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and consists of three main sections.

The ranking is based on verified user ratings from people who have actually tasted the products, with algorithms that remove bot activity and coordinated voting groups to keep the results fair and transparent.
Produced on Naxos since the early 1900s, Graviera Naxou is made mainly from local cow’s milk, with small additions of sheep or goat milk. It is traditionally aged for several months, during which it develops a compact structure and a mild, balanced flavor typical of Cycladic cheeses.
