There’s a lie that creeps in quietly, especially when I'm stretched thin or trying something new. It says: “You are your outcomes.” That success defines my worth. That I am a failure.
But here’s the thing: failure is an event; it's not an identity. Failure is something we experience, it isn't who we are. And, the same thing is true about success.
