Signal to noise ratio on here compared to twitter is insane.

This place is growing crazy fast. It’s wild to see. You just know UI/UX is going to keep taking step function leap upwards. Decentralized digital identity/media is a must. NOSTR as a protocol is probably the most promising thing I’ve come across yet.

What’s the future of relays look like? Are there incentives to run NOSTR relays for any reasons other than altruism? I’m trying to understand the model if this is to scale up by multiple orders of magnitude.
