Removed span based color selection on formstr.app it was an experiment and it was not working out, will release a better solution, legacy forms will continue showing custom colors if you had made it so.

There was a silent bug on formstr.app for a few weeks that made formstr unavailable for a few ISPs in the east. We've fixed this by using cdns, which should make formstr.app load faster for you wherever you are.
