Today’s dinner. 🥘 Had to ask ChatGPT! Quick Turmeric Tomato Chicken. INGREDIENTS Chicken (cut pieces). Onion (1). Garlic (2–3 cloves). Ginger (small piece) Turmeric. Nyanya (tomatoes). Oil. Salt STEPS Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till soft and slightly golden. Add garlic + ginger (crushed). Fry 30–60 sec till fragrant. Add turmeric (½–1 tsp) + salt. Stir quickly. Add chicken, mix well, cook till it changes color. Add chopped tomatoes (nyanya). Cover and simmer 10–15 mins, stirring once or twice. Uncover last 2–3 mins to thicken sauce. Optional if you have Pili pili 🌶️ for heat Black pepper. A splash of water if it sticks. Serve with ugali, rice, chapati, or bread. 👌🍗
