The situation in Jabalia camp, northern Gaza is catastrophic. The camp is surrounded by Israeli tanks, people are under siege and are running out of food and water. Anyone attempting to flee is shot. Hospitals have been ordered to evacuate. Journalists are targeted. Bodies are in the streets that people cannot reach.
