They're saying out loud what their intention is: build a CBDC. Interesting they reference "wildcat" banks of 1820s Andrew Jackson Era. (Government imposed its will then.) I can't recall if Trump stated a position on CBDCs and I'm almost certain Harris did not.
Huge if this comes to fruition. Huge. View quoted note β†’
I totally forgot about until I heard it mentioned on a podcast this morning. It's so easy and clean. If you're on #nostr and don't know about it, maybe check it out. So easy to turn your nostr into a website like this:
Just wrote this in a reply to someone: No doubt! We almost hit a bitcoin ATH today. Who knows what happens tomorrow?! πŸ˜€ On a somewhat related note, I just saw the headline below and thought this is really bullish all around. Now that BTC is in ETFs and making its way into retirement funds, it's definitely happening and reaching the point of no return (I think we're already there). It used to be where bitcoin was for the crazies. It's come to the point where it's irresponsible to NOT have BTC in your portfolio to some degree. #bitcoin
I made a VERY simple game-of-chance at . It has a little pirate treasure story and a random chance to find an #ecash cache. With #bitcoin pushing all time high, who knows how much those sats will be worth one day? image #bitcoin
Rookie questions regarding #meshtastic: I'm thinking about getting a unit to mess around with, but feel a bit overwhelmed. I hear about Heltec as simple and inexpensive starter devices, (1) are these only for chat type of applications (that's what I seem to see in vids)? Today I listened to a podcast talking about LoRa and how it may be able to mesh web pages as well, at least some point. (2) Is LoRa the same thing as the Heltec devices? And (3) could you point me to a for-rookies resource or two that won't make my head spin? I can dig around but thought asking for tried-and-true resources might save me some time. @HR4BTC aka HamRadio4Bitcoin
I really like that new #satoshi statue in Lugano. Would have been really cool if a secret code was hidden in it, like a #bitcoin private key. I'm looking at all those bolts or rivets and thinking binary code could have been embedded. image
Bullish (but doubtful).
